We are thrilled to announce a very special milestone here at Sleepy Hollow Bed Centre in Chorley. This year marks our 40th anniversary since we first opened our doors in 1984, and we couldn’t be prouder of this achievement.

It all began four decades ago when our founder, John Godfrey, took the bold step of establishing what was then known as Pall Mall Furniture. With a vision for providing exceptional quality and service, John laid the foundation for what would become a cherished institution in our community.

As time went by, John’s dedication to excellence attracted the expertise of his son, Stephen, who shared his passion for creating the perfect sleep environment. Together, they honed their focus on beds, mattresses, and bedroom furniture, establishing Sleepy Hollow Bed Centre as the go-to destination for quality sleep solutions.

For the last thirteen years, Stephen’s son, Liam has joined and become a leader of our family business. With each generation, our commitment to providing top-notch products and unparalleled customer service has only strengthened and the next generation are in training right now! As Liam joins Stephen in leading Sleepy Hollow Bedroom Centre, we look forward to continuing our legacy of helping our customers achieve the restful sleep they deserve.
