Recently purchased 3 Silentnight beds, fantastic beds and fantastic customer service from Steve, highly recommended.

My mattress was delivered today, by two very friendly and professional members of the delivery team. I’ve had exceptional customer service from Andrew (sales consultant) nothing was too much trouble when I visited the store to ensure I got the perfect mattress for me. On arrival the guys took the old mattress away, unpacked the new and took it upstairs, it’s exceptional quality and soo much more luxurious than I remembered when I bought it. I can’t recommend Sleepy Hollow highly enough, wonderful service from start to finish.

Excellent old fashion 5 star service from this firm. Liam was great on a wet Wednesday afternoon highly attentive but with no pushy salesman ship, was highly knowledgeable about the products as well. A special shout out to Jamie and Aaron who delivered the mattress today and who went above and beyond expections trying to fix the headboard on. Well done everyone great to experience such great service would have no hesitation in recommending this firm .

I've just purchased an ottoman bed today. Steve was very helpful in advising me on which one would suit my needs and budget .I didn't feel pressured into buying the first I saw . Very helpful indeed..I've not had my delivery yet as it's to be arranged but I will be back to add a review on that at a later date ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... I'm editing this now as I've had my delivery.. the delivery guys were very friendly and assembled my bed for me ..they respected my property.. (and also took there shoes off as I had only had a new carpet laid in that room that morning) 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
